This is for field work in Tuscon, AZ. Remote only in the sense that you will work from home and do not have to check into our office. We are seeking Certified Appraisers to assist us with appraisals in the Tucson Arizona market. We are expanding and looking for a few qualified individuals. We are open to a non exclusive staff appraiser position. This means you keep doing what you are doing and we work to get you additional work with our Team.
Our Team here at Sun Point Appraisals would be in charge of providing you assignments, maintaining and establishing you with Vendor accounts with established Lender, Bank, and AMC clientele.
If you are available to take on additional appraisal assignments or looking to establish yourself with a 20 year established appraisal firm send us a copy of your current license, E and O policy, resume, and a sample 1004.
Compensation is based on individual assignments at market rate and a agreed upon straight split fee. Lender, Bank, Credit Union, AMC, and Individual owners assignment requests.
