Talera is partnering with an established, clinician-led ABA provider to identify a BCBA or BCaBA who is looking for a flexible and supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations
- Monitor progress toward treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Manage an assigned caseload and ensure quality service delivery
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities
Qualifications
BCBA Candidates
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state licensure where required
BCaBA Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with ABA coursework completed
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state licensure where required
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
- Ability to supervise and support direct care staff
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
