A Ten Thousand Ambassador is the resident facing representative for The Club at Ten Thousand. Ambassadors support the Wellness and Performance (W&P) program and the Food and Beverage (F&B) program.
Job duties include but not limited to:
1. Receive and respond to resident inquiries via phone, text, and email.
2. Receive and respond to the W&P team that includes booking session appointments, reserving amenity spaces, tracking fitness classes, and more.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Club level amenity spaces.
4. Administrative work that includes the processing of invoices, charging of sessions, reserving and maintaining amenity space reservations for residents and staff.
5. Ensure that W&P services are promoted and that current clients are retained.
5. Assist F&B team when busy.
6. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
7. Possible commission based training/instructing pay and/or fitness class pay for a qualified candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
