The
Customer Service Representative is responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting our operational teams.
Key measures of success include:
- Provide timely and courteous communication with internal and external customers.
- Be recognized by team, peers, and customers as a key supporter.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
Day Schedule: Wed. 12pm-6pm; Thurs.-Sat. 6am-6pm
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am5pm (2 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity.
- T-call’s (terminal calls) inbound loads to transfer from Mexican Carriers.
- Creates orders to dispatch drivers on empty moves to adjust trailer pools, recover trailer, etc.
- Reconciles envelops with Bill of Ladings and Trans-flows paperwork as needed.
- Monitors and answers emails promptly.
- Accurately enters information into company computer systems.
- Works with team members to solve problems.
- Provides accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrates high resource utilization.
- Help the company provide a high level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
