What You'll Do

Perform occupational therapy evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans

Improve patient independence and safety

Assess ADLs and functional limitations

Educate caregivers and patients

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
What You'll Need

Active Florida OT License
-
Home health experience preferred
-
HCHB experience preferred
-
Strong clinical reasoning skills
