Reports to: Rooftop General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Server to join our Rooftop team. This role is ideal for an outgoing and hospitable individual with a commitment to excellence in both service quality and guest.
Greet and provide service to all guests with uncompromised hospitality

Greet and describe concept and menu to all guests

Suggestively sell both food & beverage

Ensure there are no allergies or dietary restrictions

Answer all questions thoroughly

Promptly enter orders into the POS

Ensure each guest is satisfied with food & beverage selections

Perform all opening and closing side work

Selfstarting personality with an even disposition.

Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.

Can communicate well with guests.

Must be a team player.

Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
