We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. Previous experience working at The UPS Store or a shipping/printing center is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with UPS shipping, packaging, and mailbox services
- Process Amazon returns, prepaid drop-offs, and retail transactions
- Operate POS systems accurately while handling cash and credit card payments
- Produce print jobs including copies, business cards, flyers, banners, blueprints, and other print products
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Recommend additional products and services to customers
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience at The UPS Store, FedEx Office, PostalAnnex, or another shipping and printing center
- Strong knowledge of UPS shipping procedures and packaging
- Experience with printing services and print production
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
