LEAD BARTENDER / DINING ROOM CAPTAIN
Table 42° is looking for a hospitality-driven leader who wants to be part of building something special from the ground up.
This is not just a bartending position.
We are looking for someone who can help lead our service team, create memorable guest experiences, and become a key part of our opening leadership group.
Table 42° is a new upscale dining concept opening in Farmington. We are building a restaurant focused on exceptional food, elevated cocktails, genuine hospitality, and creating an experience guests want to come back for again and again.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead by example on the floor and behind the bar
- Help set the tone for service standards and guest experience
- Assist in training and developing servers and bartenders
- Create relationships with regular guests and VIPs
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality
- Execute cocktail, wine, and beverage service at a high level
- Assist management with daily operations and service execution
- Help create a positive, energetic, team-focused culture
- Be part of opening a brand-new restaurant from day one
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong bartender and service experience
- Natural leader who enjoys coaching and helping others succeed
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service
- Fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume experience preferred
- Wine, bourbon, and craft cocktail knowledge is a plus
