Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, attentive Front of House / Tea Server who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience. Interest in tea is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
We are hiring for someone with availability for an 8-hour shift on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Guide customers through the menu and make recommendations
- Prepare and serve tea with care
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house
- Process orders and payments
- Support overall team operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with reliability and attention to detail
- Prior service experience
