Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans
- Supervise and support STNAs while promoting teamwork and quality resident care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Positively interact with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
