The AT&T Enrollment Representative will then drive sales by making AT&T Fiber the obvious choice for reliable, high-speed connectivity in the East Bay.
The AT&T Enrollment Representative will then lead sales demonstrations of the latest Wi-Fi systems, securing sales by proving our network’s technical superiority. Your ability to maintain professional energy during sales consultations is what helps our firm lead the market in total fiber sales.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Enrollment Representative
- Guide San Leandro customers through in-person discussions on how AT&T Fiber’s hyper-gigabit speeds can future-proof their internet needs
- Highlight the advantages of AT&T Fiber over outdated cable during consultations, driving sales by showcasing its speed and reliability
- Recommend tailored AT&T Fiber plans based on clients’ usage, ensuring they get the best connectivity for their lifestyle
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for AT&T Fiber upgrades
- Partner with local businesses to promote AT&T Fiber in the community, expanding reach and driving sales through strategic collaborations
- Track client preferences to refine AT&T Fiber recommendations, ensuring every interaction is personalized and effective
Qualifications of the AT&T Enrollment Representative
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
