Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health and behavioral care team. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, provide ADMINISTRATIVE supervision to licensed clinicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services. Your expertise will support a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across pediatric and adult populations.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Manage crisis intervention efforts and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and effective resolution of urgent situations.
- Coordinate care with families, schools, community agencies, and medical providers to support holistic client outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Facilitate clinical team meetings, case reviews, and staff training to promote professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Proven experience in mental health counseling with a focus on children, pediatrics, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and co-occurring substance use disorders.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices including CBT, behavioral therapy, social work principles, crisis management, and trauma-informed care such as PTSD treatment.
- Prior supervisory experience supervising clinicians or case managers within behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation using ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems, CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and data collection; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as their families.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in clinical documentation.

Pay: $88,516.68 - $106,600.73 per year
