Open House Network is a specialized staffing agency offering staff to support Sales Associates for over 50 New Home Builders in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. We are seeking outgoing and professional people with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity for Retirees, Real Estate Students, or anyone who wants to work in a worry and stress free environment and have a flexible schedule. Enjoy meeting new people and work in many different beautiful new furnished model homes.
Position Requirements
- No Real Estate experience necessary – all training provided In-Person
- Be a self-starter, personable, professional, and love meeting new people
- Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
- Agree to use your personal smartphone device and agree to install company provided app
- Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
- Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs unassisted
- Model Homes open as early as 9:45am and close as late as 7pm depending on the time of year and Builder Client
- Unable to hire active Texas licensed real estate professionals
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
Duties
- Greet guests and share community information
- Register guests and document daily activities
- Answer phones
- Conduct tours of inventory homes
- Show guests Model Home features
Job Opportunity Type
All job opportunity types listed below also are required to view and accept assignments in App and work occasional same day and weekend days. All jobs pay $12.00 per hour except same day assignments are paid at $13.00 per hour (bi-weekly pay schedule.)
Part Time
- Complete a minimum of 64 assignment hours per calendar month (average 16 hours weekly)
- Have a minimum of 2 consecutive days of weekday availability
- Agree to accept assignments within 20 miles of your home
Dress Code
- Ladies minimum: Blouses, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Shoes
- Men minimum: Dress Shirt, Slacks, Dress Shoes
- No visible tattoos or facial piercings
- Perfume, cologne or use of any tobacco products including e-cigarettes is prohibited
