Healthcare Staffing Sales & Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven professional with at least 3+ years’ experience selling healthcare, nurse, or allied temporary or contract staffing.

- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
You’ll be responsible for growing our healthcare staffing business by developing relationships with hospitals, physician practices, urgent care centers, outpatient clinics, schools, correctional facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, group homes, and other healthcare organizations and filling their staffing needs with exceptional talent. You’ll be expected to bring us new temporary and contract staffing orders as well as review and clarify the staffing requirements, competencies and skills required by the client for each position.
The other side of your position will be Talent Acquisition.
- Recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Travel Nurses, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and Allied Health Professionals
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, networking events, and career fairs
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and conduct new hire orientations
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
