At L2 Construction, we don't just renovate healthcare facilities—we solve complex challenges in occupied environments where patient care never stops. Every project requires thoughtful planning, collaboration, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership.
As we continue to expand in the Richmond market, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead our next phase of growth. This is more than a project management role—it's an opportunity to mentor future leaders, strengthen client relationships, influence company strategy, and help build one of the premier healthcare construction teams in the Mid-Atlantic.
If you're ready for a leadership role where your experience matters and your voice is heard, we'd love to talk.
