About the Role
We’re looking for Occupational Therapists who:
- Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions
- Build strong relationships with families
- Thrive in collaborative team environments
- Are growth-minded and eager to continue learning
- Want to make therapy meaningful, functional, and fun
You’ll work with children ages 0–21 with a variety of diagnoses while collaborating closely with other therapists and support staff to provide individualized, family-centered care.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Kentucky OT License
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in an active pediatric setting
- Experience with pediatric therapy preferred
- Telehealth experience (or willingness to learn)
