Overview
As the RN Director of Regulatory Compliance in a corporate role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the networked organizations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Overall Responsibility
This position is accountable to support clinical operational, transitional, and developmental initiatives throughout the Solara Surgical Partners facility network comprised of ambulatory surgery centers. This position is the subject matter expert in identifying the clinical and process requirements to support a highly efficient and effective interoperative experience for all key stakeholders and to ensure consistent regulatory adherence and readiness. As such, the incumbent must have extensive working knowledge of clinical and regulatory operations necessary to support a wide range of specialties within the healthcare facility. Supports the clinical operation efforts of both existing facilities and facilities under development. Develops, establishes and fosters relationships with local leaders and will build a solid reputation through their commitment, in word and action. In addition, the incumbent will be a hands-on leader willing to roll-up their sleeves in order to ensure the highest quality of work output.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
