Duties
- Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand at promotional events, delivering compelling product demos with engaging interactions.
- Collect valuable data during events and campaigns to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding potential customers through product features.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting in branding activities, setting up displays, and distributing promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event activation or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous for understanding client needs and delivering excellent service.
- Strong data collection skills with attention to detail to accurately record feedback and engagement metrics.
- Experience in event marketing or product demonstrations enhances your ability to captivate audiences.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
- Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to handle objections confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies will help you align promotional efforts with company goals.
Required License
- Applicants must obtain TABC Server Permit ($50.00 fee reimbursed upon completion).
