About the Role:
The Senior Network Management Operations Coordinator provides executive and operational support to the Senior Vice President, Network Management. This highly visible role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day executive priorities, supporting cross-functional projects, tracking strategic initiatives, maintaining department documentation, and helping ensure organizational priorities move forward efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong project coordination skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with leaders across the organization.
Executive Operations
- Manage the SVP's complex calendar, scheduling, meeting priorities, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, executive presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate leadership meetings, document action items, and follow-up activities
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Proactively manage competing priorities and anticipate scheduling conflicts
Project Management & Strategic Execution
- Track departmental projects, strategic initiatives, and key deliverables across the Network Management organization
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and status trackers Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and document action items
- Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Partner with department leaders to collect updates and maintain project documentation
- Support operational initiatives and special projects as assigned
Documentation & Organizational Management
- Maintain centralized documentation for all Network Management initiatives
- Organize project plans, SOPs, presentations, executive reports, and strategic planning documents
- Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and readily accessible
- Assist in developing standardized templates and processes to improve organizational efficiency
Executive Support & Business Operations
- Assist the SVP with annual planning, presentations, and departmental priorities
- Coordinate executive communications across internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Support budget tracking, departmental planning, and special projects
- Serve as a liaison between the SVP and internal teams to facilitate communication and follow-through
Compliance & Audit Support
- Follow established policies, procedures, and workflows to support compliance with health plan and regulatory requirements (CMS, DMHC)
- Assist with audit preparation by organizing documentation and responding to data requests
- Support corrective action activities as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, healthcare operations, or business operations
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience preparing executive presentations and leadership materials
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- You're great for the role if:
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification
- Experience in managed care, IPA, MSO, or health insurance
- Experience using Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executives

Our organization follows a regional/hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and visiting provider offices on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Drive, El Monte, CA 91731.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $70,304 - $80,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
