Position Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You’ll work closely with a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to design, build, and support custom automation equipment, robotic systems, and tooling solutions.
This role is ideal for a self-driven, motivated engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and seeing their designs come to life on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and model mechanical systems, tooling, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on concept development, design reviews, and machine integration.
· Support projects from design through build and commissioning, ensuring quality and functionality.
· Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and documentation to support manufacturing.
· Work on a variety of automation and machine design projects across multiple industries.
Qualifications
· B.S. or A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Mechatronics Technology.
· 5+ years of SolidWorks design experience in mechanical or automation environments.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Preferred: Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for component and assembly validation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,845.41 - $76,889.09 per year
