We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, flatbed, and refrigerated trailer operations. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while considering traffic patterns and road conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays encountered during transport.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Previous delivery driver experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of load securing techniques and safe driving practices is essential.
