Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, ensuring proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and utensils
- Support meal preparation for various service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with catering setups and serving when needed, ensuring guest satisfaction through quality presentation
Qualifications
