Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead / Make Ready Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for both staff and tenants.
We are a property management company overseeing residential properties throughout Cuyahoga County, from single-family homes to multi-family apartment buildings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations and supervise tech teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide hands-on support and quality control
- Perform repairs in occupied rental units
- Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenance
- Maintain job efficiency and quality standards
- Focus on interior finishing, painting, and cosmetic repairs
- Ensure units are move-in ready
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of management or supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus and should reflect the ability to lead, train, and support staff.
- Customer service experience is beneficial for effective communication with residents.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Driver’s License (Required)

Benefits:
- Weekly payroll (every Friday)
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
