Duties
- Set up attractive and organized vendor booths that highlight our products effectively.
- Engage with customers through friendly in-person service.
- Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently while managing inventory levels and restocking as needed.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, ensuring a positive market experience that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse community members.
- Ability to collect and analyze customer data to support marketing efforts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for promoting healthy, local foods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and space to hold two folding tables and a pop-up canopy tent. These will fit in most compact cars.
- Be willing to work farmers markets around Wilsonville area and Vancouver Waterfront.
