Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Nights
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Pay: Up to $2,080/Week
Shift: Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 12-Week Travel Assignment
Travel Only: Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 12-week travel assignment. The Social Worker will provide psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and care coordination for hospitalized patients while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for hospitalized patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized discharge plans.
- Coordinate post-discharge services with community agencies and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Active Georgia LCSW License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Hospital Social Work experience
- Previous Travel Assignment Experience (Required)
- Strong experience in discharge planning, crisis intervention, and case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
Pay: Up to $2,080.00 per week
