Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Manager to lead our production operations. This role involves overseeing the entire print manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about manufacturing excellence and possess strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team and complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end print production processes, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer deadlines and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across the plant
- Execute KPI-driven processes to achieve production efficiency
- Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely arrival and restocking
- Manage and motivate production staff, leading Huddle meetings, addressing production stats and implementing SOPs effectively to ensure adherence, administer company procedures and enforce compliance with follow up and target analysis
- Handle HR issues in a timely and productive manner
- Monitor quality control procedures throughout the production cycle to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and material integrity
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous enhancements in operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, customer service, and supply chain to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Diligently detail, plan implementation and execution of instructions from leadership team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or printing environment with a focus on process optimization
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software for production planning and supply chain management
- Six Sigma Certifications -Green Belt or higher
- Expertise in 5S, lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
- Mechanical knowledge related to printing equipment, assembly lines, and process automation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of quality and innovation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain analytics and operations management
- Experience with safety protocols in manufacturing

Pay: $58,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
