Milwaukee Sales, a sales and customer acquisitions firm, is hiring a AT&T Customer Service Associate to support customer outreach and enrollment efforts for AT&T Fiber services in the Milwaukee area. The AT&T Customer Service Associate works directly with customers to assist with AT&T Fiber and wireless solutions, answer questions, and help with service enrollments.
As an AT&T Customer Service Associate, you will receive training on AT&T Fiber products, pricing, and customer engagement strategies. The AT&T Customer Service Associate helps customers understand available services, reviews plan options based on customer needs, and supports a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities for the AT&T Customer Service Associate
- Help provide information about AT&T Fiber, wireless plans, and related services to customers
- Explain AT&T Fiber features, pricing, and service benefits clearly and professionally
- Help customer accounts and manage the customer experience
- Support customer enrollment activities while following company and client guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and follow-up communication
- Work collaboratively with team members and other AT&T Customer Service Associates to support daily goals
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction as a AT&T Customer Service Associate
Qualities of the AT&T Customer Service Associate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Pay: $49,400.00 - $59,500.00 per year
