The Senior HR Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex Human Resources projects, initiatives, and workstreams, including mergers and acquisitions integrations, HR program implementations, process improvements, and workforce-related initiatives. Partnering with HR leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, this role develops and executes project plans, manages timelines and deliverables, monitors project progress, mitigates risks, and coordinates resources to ensure successful implementation. The Senior HR Project Manager applies project management best practices and approaches to support organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of project objectives.
Position Responsibilities:

Lead HR workstreams associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructurings, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, systems, and policies.

Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business and HR priorities while delivering projects from initiation through completion.
- Leverage project management methodologies and practices to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, track milestones, mitigate risks, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and drive successful project outcomes.

Conduct stakeholder and organizational readiness assessments to evaluate project impact, identify potential resistance, and develop engagement, communication, and training strategies that support alignment, adoption, and successful implementation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR executives and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across HR, business leaders, executive leadership, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, milestones, budgets, performance metrics, and outcomes, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.

Analyze HR processes, workflows, and business practices within assigned projects and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and employee experience.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management tools, templates, reporting frameworks, and standard processes to support consistent execution and delivery of HR projects.

Bachelor’s degree required

PMP, Agile, Prosci, or equivalent preferred

Minimum 5+ years related experience required; 7+ preferred
