Full-Time Nanny – Warm & Engaged Duluth Family (July Start)
Blossom Safe Care Company is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced full-time nanny to support a wonderful family in Duluth. This thoughtful and intentional family is looking for a nanny who genuinely enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them while providing a calm, nurturing presence throughout the day.

The Role
This position is centered around creating enriching, engaging days for two active young children. The family is seeking a nanny who enjoys being fully present and involved, whether through crafts, outdoor adventures, imaginative play, reading, or educational activities. The ideal candidate will be confident managing the children's routines independently and partnering with the parents to provide consistency, structure, and loving care.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing attentive care for two young children
- Planning age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, puzzles, and outdoor play
- Preparing children's meals and snacks
- Encouraging children to clean up after activities and fostering age-appropriate independence
- Transporting children to activities as needed
- Preschool pickup in the afternoons
- Supporting daily routines and creating a positive, nurturing environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$25 per hour, W2
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Family vehicle provided for all child-related transportation
- 10 days paid time off (PTO)
