Job Summary:
We're seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults with extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Meal prep and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Following personalized care plans
- Reporting any changes in condition to our team
What We're Looking For:
- Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
- CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience*
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
