Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) therapy sessions, and community events using specialized vehicles.
- Keep in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle operation, and behavior management during transit.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or behavioral crises by implementing crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies.
Skills
- Knowledge of crisis intervention methods and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
- Compassionate communication skills suited for working with individuals experiencing PTSD or other mental health challenges.
