All States Landscaping is a well-established Utah landscape construction, maintenance, and design-build company with more than 35 years of experience. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and bilingual Operations Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our growing company.
This position works closely with our General Manager and Operations Manager and serves as an important communication link between our office, customers, Spanish-speaking field employees.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between employees, office, and Customers. Your expertise will help optimize employee management, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Manager
- Communicate daily with English- and Spanish-speaking employees
- Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and daily work assignments
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate communication between customers, office staff, and field personnel
- Prepare emails, correspondence, reports, and other office documents
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Assist with employee paperwork, onboarding, and administrative tasks
- Enter and update information accurately in company software systems
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and light bookkeeping duties
- Help coordinate calendars, meetings, and operational schedules
- Perform a variety of office and customer service responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous office administrative or operations support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Business management software
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting support
- Landscape, construction, or service industry experience
