We are not asking you to sell to your friends and family. We are not asking you to build your own book of business. We are not asking you to buy a lead list or knock doors on a Saturday.
We generate the leads. We hand you the clients. Your job is to pick up the phone and work them.
If you’ve been burned by a “financial services opportunity” in Utah that turned out to be a list of everyone you’ve ever met — this is the opposite of that.
What the job actually is
You’ll start on the phones. Calling leads we provide, having real conversations, and setting qualified appointments. It’s structured, it’s measurable, and you’ll know every day whether you had a good one.
That’s the starting line, not the finish line:
1. Phase 1 — Outreach. You’re on the phone. You learn our clients, our language, and how to hold a conversation with someone who didn’t expect your call. (Typically 3–9 months, based on performance.)
2. Phase 2 — Presenter. You start running the meetings you used to book. Same clients, bigger role, bigger comp. (Typically 3–9 months, based on performance.)
3. Phase 3 — Advisor. You get licensed (Series 65 or 66). Already have it? Even better. Don’t have it yet? We pay for it — study materials, exam fees, all of it. Then you carry your own clients.
We’ve built this ladder on purpose. We’d rather promote someone who’s earned it than hire a stranger into the seat.
Who we’re actually looking for
Honestly? We care more about work ethic than résumé.
- You’re comfortable on the phone. Not a polished closer — just someone who doesn’t dread dialing and can talk to a stranger without going stiff.
- You’re organized and self-disciplined. You’ll have structure, targets, and support — but you still need to show up ready, work your list, and stay on task without someone reminding you every hour.
- You’re efficient. You notice when something’s a waste of time and you stop doing it.
- You’re coachable. You’ll get feedback constantly for the first few months. The people who grow fastest here are the ones who take it and apply it the same day.
- You want a career, not a job. This role only makes sense if you’re interested in where it leads.
What we don’t require
- A college degree. Have one, don’t have one, still finishing one — we don’t weight it.
- Sales experience.
- Finance background. We’ll teach you the business.
- Series 65/66 licensing. Already licensed is a plus, but not having it yet won’t rule you out — we pay for the exam and study materials.
