Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Support clients in participating in recreational activities, community outings, and social engagements to enhance quality of life
- Monitor clients’ health status by observing changes and reporting concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or observations during shifts
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences
- Foster a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper use of assistive devices and equipment
- Encourage positive interactions by engaging clients in conversation and activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being

- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to personal care and client safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare settings; certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus
