Radial Coffee Co is looking for highly motivated, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our team as a barista who shares our passion for serving customers and preparing quality food and beverages. Team members ensure an excellent guest experience and a memorable visit for all our guests. We are looking for talented baristas to contribute top tier performances in the food and beverage arena. As we evaluate and adjust or drink menu, creativity and new ideas are welcome.
Barista responsibilities will include but are not limited to delivering exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors. Are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products. Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards. Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with cafe standards.

- Strong multitasking, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours per day
- Person who is on time to all shifts and punctual attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Applicants must be able to operate the point of sale system register.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, and weekends (At least 1 weekend shift)
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
