Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for Repack positions in Otsego, MN. This opportunity is with a reputable logistics company that values teamwork, safety, and long-term career growth. This role is labor-intensive and ideal for individuals who enjoy physically active work in a fast-paced environment. Multiple shifts are available to suit different schedules, with competitive pay based on shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Load bins and handle repackaging of goods according to operational standards.
2. Perform general labor tasks including sorting, moving, and disposing of materials.
3. Work in a labor-intensive environment with exposure to dust, dirt, and variable temperatures.
4. Use a computer system to enter basic information and track product movement.
5. Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure safe handling of materials.
6. Support team objectives by working efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
3. Must have basic computer skills for data entry.
4. Steel toe boots required.
5. Strong motivation and work ethic.
6. Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
1. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs periodically.
2. Physically active role that requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
3. Labor-intensive environment; expect to get dirty/sweaty.
4. Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise and temperature variation.
