Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead food preparation and cooking processes to deliver outstanding dishes that meet quality standards and presentation expectations.
- Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and team cohesion.
- Manage inventory control and food production schedules to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and dietary regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Oversee menu planning and execution for various service types including fine dining, catering events, and banquets.
- Coordinate with the culinary team on cost control measures, portioning accuracy, and food handling best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace while fostering a positive team culture focused on excellence and hospitality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings.
- Supervising experience leading culinary teams in high-volume environments.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and dietary department standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts effectively while motivating team members.
- Hands-on experience with kitchen management systems, inventory control tools, and food handling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and serving guests at the highest level.
