PF Zera Delivers is seeking reliable Independent Contractor Drivers to provide prescription medication deliveries for local pharmacies throughout the Portland Metro area.
Drivers pick up prescription orders from designated pharmacy locations and deliver directly to customers using delivery application. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for flexible supplemental income while providing an important service to their community.
Drivers are paid per completed delivery order and may choose to service multiple pharmacy locations if they can meet the required delivery time windows.
Additional delivery opportunities may be available based on availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Pick up prescription orders from designated pharmacy locations
- Safely and professionally deliver orders to customers
- Utilize company-provided delivery application for navigation and delivery confirmation
- Maintain communication with dispatch when needed
- Complete deliveries within assigned delivery windows
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must own a reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record preferred
- Commercial Auto insurance, Worker’s comp/Occupational accident insurance and Cargo insurance
- Background check
