Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: San Gabriel Valley, CA
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 annually
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00pm
We are a Real Estate Development company which builds custom-designed single family homes, Planned Unit Developments, traditional townhomes and multi-unit complexes. We have been in business for over 50+ years
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and coordination of multiple construction related projects in the San Gabriel Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 1-5 projects at a time, may vary depending on preliminary projects
- Support Superintendents on a daily basis.
- Coordinate project schedule, implement efficiency, and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Vet subcontractor proposals/bidding and approve contracts
- Create and control budgets and cost breakdowns.
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
- Maintain required project documentation and schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between field personnel and the Office
- Work with local cities for entitlements, permitting, etc.
- Work with real estate agents, escrow officers, lenders, title agencies for land acquisition, project sales, department of Real Estate filings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Construction Management
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Project
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organized with strong leadership qualities
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
