Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
Monitor machining operations and adjust machine settings as needed
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
Follow OSHA, safety procedures, and company policies
