Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- 8+ years of residential architecture experience required
- Ability to manage projects; design-build experience strongly relevant
- Proficiency with Revit required (Revit required)
- AutoCAD and Enscape experience is a plus
- Licensed architect preferred, not required
- Local site visits only (a few hours per week); no overnight travel
Salary: $90K - $130K per year, commensurate with experience.
