Barrett LLC is seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A drivers to operate end dump trailers throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Position Summary
The End Dump Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering aggregate materials, sand, gravel, asphalt products, and other bulk materials to construction sites, asphalt plants, and customer locations. Drivers work closely with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Most work is local, allowing drivers to be home daily.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with an end dump trailer.
- Transport aggregate materials and other bulk products to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections.
- Properly load, unload, and dump materials while following all safety procedures.
- Complete required logs, inspections, and delivery paperwork.
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel.
- Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Previous end dump, dump trailer, construction hauling, or aggregate hauling experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate equipment on construction sites and uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
