- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across assigned locations, helping to maintain safe, efficient, and productive workplaces.
- Manage office services, supplies, equipment, and inventory to support business continuity and employee needs.
- Build effective partnerships with vendors, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
- Support building maintenance, workplace improvements, repairs, and service requests by coordinating with internal partners and third-party providers
- Administer workplace security processes, including access management, badges, and coordination with security providers to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage purchasing activities, invoice processing, vendor records, and facility-related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner closely with Station Managers, QSHE, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to support operational needs across multiple locations.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives, workplace safety programs, and facility compliance activities by helping coordinate responses and communications.
- Support office projects, including relocations, renovations, and workplace enhancements, while tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Serve as a reliable resource for employees and stakeholders by identifying solutions, coordinating follow-up actions, and maintaining clear communication across multiple sites.
