What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate support and companionship while helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting clients with meals and hydration as needed
- Assisting with laundry when needed
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Creating a positive, caring, and respectful environment
- Encouraging independence while providing the support clients need
What We're Looking For
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
- Must pass background screening and meet employment requirements
