We're looking for talented, experienced and passionate career minded Line Cook to join our growing team of pros. This position is Full Time, with a 5 day workweek including weekends. Most shifts are between 7 am and 8 pm. SEPTA doesn't service our location, so you must have your own vehicle.
In order to fit in with our existing team of rock-star Back-of-House professionals, potential candidates absolutely must possess the following:
· Commitment to outstanding guest experience and pride in a job well done
· Great work ethic with a team centered focus
· 2+ years of kitchen experience
· Verifiable record of success in BOH position
· Can do/positive attitude
· Ability to follow direction, receive constructive criticism and apply feedback
· Ability to deliver consistent results with made-from-scratch menu items
· A commitment to superior standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
· Ability to thrive in an environment of "constant and never-ending improvement"

The Inn at Grace Winery is a tranquil haven situated on thirty-five acres in the historic Brandywine Valley. Our original Quaker farmhouse dates to 1734 and the Hemphill family added a magnificent Georgian addition in 1815. The Inn housed the British after the battle of the Brandywine in 1777, was a safe house for the underground railroad and the farmhouse’s third floor was a civil war infirmary. The estate vineyard is just off to the west of Manor House. The side porch is the perfect location to watch the sun sink behind the vineyard while enjoying your favorite Grace Winery vintage.
The Inn at Grace Winery is a unique venue hosting a large array of private gatherings, including private events and dinners, corporate retreats, weddings, supper series, workshops, bridal showers, large group tastings, and more. Our 19 room bed and breakfast serves house made breakfast to guests each and every morning.
