About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador who understands what exceptional service truly means. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-touch, professional, and memorable guest experience—both behind the scenes and face-to-face.
This is a hybrid position that blends structured office-based support with select weekends on-site at our premium driving events.
- Weekdays: Based at our Chicago HQ, supporting guests via phone, chat, and email
- Event weekends: Traveling with the team to racetracks across the U.S., serving as a front-line ambassador for the brand
You will represent the voice and presence of Xtreme Xperience at some of our guests’ most anticipated moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, professional customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Guide guests through their experience with confidence, clarity, and empathy
- Resolve questions or concerns with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
- Thoughtfully recommend merchandise, video packages, and enhancements that elevate the guest experience
- Support on-site guest check-in, retail, and front-of-house operations at events
- Assist with setup and breakdown of Front of House equipment and displays
- Consistently represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Who You Are
- Experienced in customer-facing roles within hospitality, events, luxury retail, travel, or premium service environments
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of guests in high-energy settings
- Detail-oriented, composed, and dependable under pressure
- Confident making decisions while maintaining a guest-first mindset
- Flexible and willing to work select weekends and travel as needed
- Proud of delivering service that exceeds expectations, not just meets them
