EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In this role, you will provide detailed clerical support to ensure customers receive accurate information about driver licensing matters. The work demands careful review, clear communication, and consistent accuracy. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:

Record Review: Examine driving records and source documents to supply customers with correct information

Correspondence Preparation: Complete form letters, prepare customized letters, and proofread all content for accuracy

Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries from the public, legal offices, and legislative offices in a professional manner

Processing Tasks: Research, process, and respond to assigned notepads within required timeframes

Policy Compliance: Follow all customer service policies, training requirements, and accuracy standards

Knowledge Development: Participate in career development activities and share important program knowledge with coworkers

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
