The Clinical Team Assistant (CTA) – Entry position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Medical Assistant at MaineHealth. This role provides valuable experience and serves as a pathway into the CTA-to-MA clinical training program!
Summary:
The Clinical Team Assistant - Entry role is responsible for performing daily patient service functions to support the clinical team in the delivery of patientcare.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or outpatient hospital setting preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
