We are looking for the best of the best—highly experienced, fast, and reliable residential cleaners. This is a position for seasoned professionals who know how to clean thoroughly and efficiently without needing their hand held. We provide everyday homeowners with excellent service at a highly competitive price point, and we need cleaners who can deliver top-quality results quickly. This position starts as a temporary contract to evaluate your speed, cleaning quality, and reliability on the job. Cleaners who meet our production and quality standards will be quickly transitioned into a permanent role.
Role Overview
- Position Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
- Location: Multiple residential properties (Daily travel required)
- Transportation: Must use your own reliable personal vehicle to travel to and from jobs
Critical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of verifiable professional house cleaning experience.
- Reliable Vehicle: You must use your own reliable, insured vehicle to commute independently to multiple client homes each day.
- Efficiency & Speed: Ability to clean thoroughly while maintaining a fast, productive pace.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard criminal background check and reference screening.
- Physical Ability: Ability to bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 lbs.
Detailed Responsibilities & Performance ExpectationsHigh-Efficiency House Cleaning
- Perform standard and deep cleanings of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down counters, and sanitize standard surfaces quickly and effectively.
- Ensure homes are left spotless, free of streaks, and smelling fresh.
Independent Time Management
- Arrive on time to all scheduled houses independently using your own vehicle.
- Manage your time strictly to complete each home within the allotted hours without cutting corners.
- Work autonomously with zero supervision while maintaining high quality control.
Client Care & Professionalism
- Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful demeanor when interacting with homeowners and renters.
- Handle clients' personal belongings with absolute care and respect.
- Report any completed jobs or schedule adjustments promptly through our forms.
Signs You Are NOT the Right Fit
- You lack professional house cleaning experience or need a checklist to spot standard dirt and dust.
- You do not have a reliable car or struggle with punctuality and attendance.
- You clean too slowly to meet standard time windows for average-sized homes.
- You require constant supervision or micromanagement to do the job right.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
