OVERVIEW
Maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and our guests. Partner with our kitchen and theater teams to deliver accurately prepared orders to our guests in a fast-paced environment and efficiently use our Apex delivery system.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the efficient follow of orders from the POS system to the kitchen

Prepare small dishes, including pizza preparation

Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature

Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
-
Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards; assist in cleaning

Send out notification to guests for order pickup via the Apex system

Perform quality control of all food items

Assist with any guest questions or concerns
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older

Prior work experience as a food expeditor or work in a restaurant setting preferred
SKILLS, ABILITIES, & KNOWLEDGE

Outgoing, friendly guest service orientation

Ability to work holidays, some nights, and weekends

Understanding of health and safety rules and practices

Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities

Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carry heavy trays

Excellent communication skills and willingness to cooperate as part of a team

Disciplined work ethic, reliable attendance, high integrity, and honesty

Ability to stand or walk up to 6 hours at a time and repeatedly bend, stoop, or walk stairs

Ability to lift 30 – 40 pounds
